IRID Lectures at the 2017 Fall Meeting of the Atomic Energy Society of Japan
The 2017 Fall Meeting of the Atomic Energy Society of Japan (AESJ) was held at Hokkaido University in Sapporo City, Hokkaido on September 13–15, 2017. In the meeting, IRID conducted three lectures and over thirty presentations. The lectures attracted large and attentive audiences each day.

General Manager Kenro Takamori reported the current status of fuel debris retrieval methods at the activity report session of “water chemistry management for fuel debris retrieval at the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station (NPS)”, jointly organized by the Division of Water Chemistry, the Division of Nuclear Cycle and Environment, the Nuclear Fuel Division, and the Material Science, and Technology Division, on September 13, 2017.
