IRID President Hirofumi Kenda gave his lecture titled “Status of IRID’s R&D for Decommissioning Technology” at a forum, co-located with Environmental Radioactivity Measures & Radioactive waste Disposal International Exhibition (RADIEX) 2015 held July 15-17, 2015 (organizer: Kankyoshimbunsha Co., Ltd.).
Date and Time: Thursday, July 16, 2015, 1:30-3:30 p.m.
Venue: Science Museum Exhibition Hall (Chiyoda ward, Tokyo)
RADIEX2015 was held, featuring technologies and products related to radiation measurement, decontamination, and radioactive waste treatment and disposal. The exhibition was intended to present comprehensive environmental radioactivity measures including exhibits on decommissioning, while being in line with rehabilitation projects.
