Workshop for R&D Plan and Scientific Research for Decommissioning of TEPCO’s Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station, Jointly Hosted by MEXT and IRID in FY2013

Based on the R&D plan proposed in the Mid-and-Long-Term Roadmap, IRID held workshops with Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) all over Japan from September, 2013 to January, 2014. These workshops were planned for the purposes of clarifying and creating the subjects for basic and generic technology research expected to be conducted in the universities and research institutions etc., and exchanging opinions on the issues.
